Parent-Teacher Conference sheets were sent home with the students on September 10th. Please return them as soon as possible in order to receive a scheduled time. Conferences will be held on September 24th, 25th & 27th. All openings on the 24th, 25th and the afternoon of the 27th have been filled. Please contact us to schedule a conference for the morning of the 27th if needed.
ALGEBRA
In Class: Handed in assignments, took the chapter 2 quiz.
Assignment: On page 111, do page 16-54 even, and 71.
PRE-ALGEBRA
In Class: Handed in assignments and took the assessment. Reviewed order of operation and worked on worksheet pages 1-2.
Assignment: Make arrangements to make up the assessment, hand in assignments, and complete worksheet Pages 1-2.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students organized papers for parts of speech test.
In Class: Students reviewed parts of speech. The review exercise is due tomorrow.
Assignment: Parts of speech test is on Wednesday. Make sure to study your review notes; this is a BIG test! Read your AR books!
The HISTORY Experience
Experienced at School: We played American Revolution Capture the Flag. The Americans won 15 games to 3.
Experience at Home: Enjoy your independence.
SCIENCE
In Class: We logged the moon and drew out pictures for Monday. You need to get your pictures caught up and do another prediction for tonight. Moon notes were finished and the moon phases lab was started. Lab sheet is attached for you.
