ALGEBRA
In Class: Returned and recoded the chapter 3 test. Introduced graphing on a
coordinate plane.
Assignment: Page 214-215, 1-3, 12-20, 21-35 odd.
PRE-ALGEBRA
In Class: Took notes over fraction vocabulary and size. Get the note sheet from Mrs. West if you were absent.
Assignment: Complete the fraction size worksheet page front and back.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students wrote a journal on political affiliations of different characters in
Johnny Tremain.
In Class: Students finished answering study guide questions over chapter 9 in Johnny Tremain. Students read chapter 10 and answered study guide questions in class.
Assignment: Make sure all study guide questions are finished through chapter 10 for Johnny Tremain. There will be a chapter 10 quiz on Friday! Read your AR books for 2nd quarter!
The HISTORY Experience
Experienced at School: Our students began work on the Learning Opportunity worksheet concerning Chapter 12, Sections 7 & 8.
Experience at Home: The students of Team 8-4 should either be prepared for a Six Question quiz or have the Learning Opportunity worksheet ready. Both options are regarding the information in Chapter 12, Sections 7 & 8.
SCIENCE
In Class: We took a journal quiz on the Density of Matter lab. Computer graphing was started. We will finish up on Friday.
Assignment: Get caught up on any lab work.
