ALGEBRA
In Class: Returned and recorded quiz and assignment grades. Took the AMC test. Grade sheets were handed out and need to be signed and returned for a grade, for Wednesday 100%, for Thursday 95%, for Friday 90% and for Monday 80%, after Monday 0%.
Assignment: Get your grade sheet signed and returned.
PRE-ALGEBRA
In Class: Organized assignments to hand in on Wednesday and reviewed for the assessment. Use your review sheet to study.
Assignment: Finish making corrections and study for the assessment.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: We took a DOL quiz in class. If you were absent you MUST come in and take this.
In Class: We handed in yesterday's homework. We practiced locating subjects on sentences on the overhead. We reviewed simple sentence formulas and received a worksheet for homework.
Assignment: Students have a simple sentence formula worksheet due tomorrow! The spelling quiz is on Friday. Read your AR books for 2nd quarter!
The HISTORY Experience
Experienced at School: Our students started work on the Learning Opportunity worksheet for Chapter 14, Section 4.
Experience at Home: Be prepared for a Six Question quiz or have the Chapter 14, Section 4 completed to turn in.
SCIENCE
In Class: We started reviewing for the assessment on density and matter. Coke and Diet Coke labs were handed in. Get yours in. We finished the "Still Dense About Density" worksheets. They will be picked up first thing on Thursday. Papers were handed back. Yours are on the side counter.
Assignment: Work on your yellow review sheet for the assessment. Hand in any lab sheets due.
