In Class: Worked on the equation review in class.
Assignment: Complete the equation review, be sure to show your steps, solve and check your answer.
ALGEBRA
In class : Introduced standard form of an equation, completed the notes.
Assignment: Complete page 311, exercises 24-40 even, 45-47, 39-41, 51-53.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students reviewed Stave 2-3 vocab words.
In Class: Students took Stave 2-3 quiz today. They also handed in Journals 21-30 and Stave 3 packet for grades. We did the vocab for Staves 4-5.
Assignment: Students need to finish Stave 4-5 vocab! Students may begin working on their Christmas Carol projects. These are to be done outside of class. Read your AR books for 2nd quarter.
The HISTORY Experience
Experienced at School: We began work on our Vocabulary flash cards for Big Kahuna II.
Experience at Home: Practice with your flash cards.
SCIENCE
In Class: All information should be handed in to be checked. Everyone should have a brochure template and be ready to place information. You need to come in after school and work if you are not caught up.
Assignment: Get out and look at the stars. Keep up on element research.
Journal: All word processing should be done and handed in.
YOU HAVE TWO DAYS FOR EACH DAY YOU ARE ABSENT TO TURN IN YOUR MAKE-UP WORK.
