ALGEBRA
In Class: Returned and recorded the assignment packet, handed in previously recorded quizzes and packets, and introduced probability and odds.
Assignment: Page 117 (1-8, 9-27).
PRE-ALGEBRA
In Class: Answered questions from pages 4-5 from the assignment. Recorded assessment and assignment grades, and handed in previously graded assignments.
Assignment: Finish worksheet pages 6-7 for Tuesday. Be sure to show all work.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students wrote and shared a journal about the differences between our lives and people who lived in 1773-1775. Get this from Mrs. Micek or another student.
In Class: Students received their Johnny Tremain books today. We discussed the introductory packet, and students highlighted important information about life in the late 1700's.
Assignment: Highlighted introductory packets are due tomorrow. Read your AR books! All points are due at the end of the quarter.
The HISTORY Experience
Experienced at School: We started work on the Learning Opportunity worksheet regarding Chapter 8, Sections 5 through 6.
Experience at Home: Complete the Learning Opportunity worksheet regarding Chapter 8, Sections 5 through 6 or be prepared for a Six Question quiz concerning the same information.
