In Class: Reviewed for real numbers quiz. Handed in assignments and took the quiz.

ALGEBRA
In class: Filled out the planner for the week and recorded assignment grades which were returned in class today. Introduced the absolute value inequalities.
Assignment: Complete page 357; 41-67 odd.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students wrote a journal with definitions for the complex sentence unit
and wrote sample sentences on the board.
In Class: Students looked at spelling 2 words for Friday's spelling quiz. We finished writing our rough drafts and began to work in Ideas revision groups.
Assignment: Students should begin reading AR books for 3rd quarter points and categories. Spelling 2 will quiz will be Friday.
The HISTORY Experience
Experienced at School: The students began work on the Learning Opportunity worksheet for Chapter 19, all sections.
Experience at Home: Be prepared for a Six Questions quiz or have the Learning Opportunity worksheet for Chapter 19, all sections.
SCIENCE
In Class: We went over the element symbols one more time before the quiz. Uses for the elements were reviewed and categorized for the 40 elements we took notes on.
Assignment: Study your symbols. Quiz will be on Tuesday.
