ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students reviewed “Tell-Tale Heart” and took a quiz.
In Class: Students did a group activity discussing and presenting questions over “Tell-Tale Heart.” They handed in final drafts of persuasive essay. A vocabulary for literary elements worksheet is homework for tomorrow.
Assignment: Vocabulary for literary elements worksheet is due tomorrow. Students need to read their AR books for 3rd quarter points.
The HISTORY Experience
Experienced at School: The students began work on the Learning Opportunity worksheet on the War Affects Society packet in class.
Experience at Home: Complete the Learning Opportunity worksheet on the War Affects Society packet or be prepared for a Six Question quiz.
SCIENCE
In Class: We finished the 5 S notes today. We talked about our crystal lab one more time and handed in the lab sheets. Crystal recipes were handed out. There are copies on the side counter if you would like one. We started the Solubility Activity. Pick one up from Mrs. Hanson.
Assignment: Notes, Lab handed in, and start the Solubility Activity.
