Pre Algebra
In Class: Returned and recorded the in assignment and the assessment grades. Introduced the volume formulas for rectangular prisms and cylinders.
Assignment: Complete worksheet 9-7. Be sure to give the formula, substitution, and your answer labeled in cubic units.
ALGEBRA
In class: Handed in assignments and took the chapter 10 test. You have 15 minutes to finish the test on Wednesday.
Assignment: Make arrangement to take the chapter 10 test and hand in assignments.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students took a quiz over chapter 12 in their journals.
In Class: Students discussed chapter 12. We read chapters 13-14 in class and filled out our yellow booklets for these chapters.
Assignment: Finish reading Gentlehands through ch.13-14 and do yellow packet. Keep reading your AR books to acquire fourth quarter points. Final day to take AR tests is May 19!!!

SCIENCE
In class: We took notes on soil and sediments today. An article was read on top soil. We also started working with the Nebraska Soils Map. I attached a map for you to start color coding. Assign a color to each number.
