ALGEBRA
In Class: Introduced order of operations.
Assignment: Your assignment is on page 19-20 ( 1-12, 14-40 even, 41).

PRE-ALGEBRA
In Class: Reviewed median, mode, range, and stem and leaf plots.
Assignment: Cover your pre-algebra book with a paper cover if your book is not covered. Your assignment is on worksheet page 1-5, exercises 1-7, bonus points will be given for 8-11.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students finished life maps and filled out planners.
In Class: Students were given their narrative essay packets. We worked on leads, sensory details, and similes in class. The rough draft packet is due tomorrow.
Assignment: Rough draft of narrative essay is due by end of class Friday.
HISTORY
In class: Today we discussed the causes and results of the Salem Witch trials and analyzed pictures (primary sources). We also started completing the chapter 4 notes packet (sections 4.2 – 4.5).
Assignment: Cover book & finish colonial city sketch (if not previously completed)
SCIENCE
In Class: We finished the grid on the HR Diagram. Be sure you have color-coded the stars. We will help you grid. Questions will be done on Friday.
Assignment: Get your parent letter signed. Get out and look for the Constellation of the Month.
