In Class: Reviewed addition, subtraction and multiplication of integers and used the distributive property to simplify expressions by collecting like terms. Organized assignments to be handed in on Monday.

In Class: Handed in assignments, took the integer subtraction quiz and began multiplication of integers.
Assignment. Complete the worksheet page 1 for Monday. PIf you were absent hand in your assignments, make arrangements to take the quiz, and complete worksheet A-21.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students went over answers on review sheet for test.
In Class: Students took parts of speech test over nouns, pronouns, and verbs today.
Assignment: Students should be reading AR books for 1st quarter.
HISTORY
In class: We took a quiz over sections 5.3-5.4. We read and discussed the Townshend Act and started to learn about the Boston Massacre.
SCIENCE
In Class: We logged the moon for today. We worked on the questions on the back of the moon phases lab sheet. Journals were handed in.
Assignment: Moon Watch begins Aug. 31st. New constellation to look at. Get your sky sheet caught up and your logs. Lab questions to work on.
