ALGEBRA
In Class: Filled out the planner for the week, returned and recorded the assignment packet on page 19 of he planner. Introduced the best fitting line for scatter plots using the worksheet opener 5-4 .
Assignment: Complete practice worksheet 5-4, pick up a piece of graph paper if you were absent.
PRE-ALGEBRA Introduced solving equations using the distributive property.
Assignment: Complete worksheet 4 using the distributive property. Be sure to show your work and check your answer.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students finished vocabulary for Stave 2.
In Class: Students began listening to Stave 2 of ACC and answering study guide questions. Remember to keep up with your ACC packets.
Assignment: Students should be working on ACC projects. Students should be reading AR books for 2nd term.
HISTORY
In class: Students discussed the Washington presidency . Looked at the problems Washington faced and the precedents he set while in office. Student worked on a note sheet.
Assignment: 3 Branches of Government Analogy (Due Thursday)
SCIENCE
In Class: Lab test and Assessments were handed back. All other work from this unit was handed back. Grade sheets were updated and portfolio folders filled. We started the Chemistry pretest.
Assignment: Get any make up work in and clean out your folder. Ask to see your tests.
