Pre Algebra
In Class: Reviewed real number classification and used the Pythagorean Theorem to find the missing side of a right triangle. Organized assignments to be handed in on Thursday before the quiz
Assignment: Finish making corrections in the packet and study for the real number quiz for Thursday.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students reviewed packets for A Christmas Carol test and handed them in. We revised and edited our descriptive essays. Final copies are due tomorrow.
In Class: Final copies of descriptive essays are due tomorrow. ACC test Thursday.
Assignment: ACC projects are due on Tuesday! Study packets are due on Wednesday.
The HISTORY Experience
Experienced at School: Read and discussed p. 166 – 167 in the textbook. Completed guided reading activity on Thomas Jefferson vs. The Barbary Pirates.
Experience at Home: TOMORROW- Vocabulary quiz (study flash cards) & Chapter 12 quiz (study guided reading ws).
SCIENCE
In Class: All research should be done and word processing ready to hand in and be checked. We will be putting templates on tomorrow and adding information and pictures.
