ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students learned procedure for a journal about life events.
In Class: We discussed rules and procedures for the English classroom and received out assigned seats.
Assignment: Signed reading contracts are due by Wednesday. Journal 1 is due tomorrow.
HISTORY
In class: Students brainstormed and listed sources of history. We then discussed and defined bias and anachronisms. Students then worked in groups to find anachronisms in pictures. We also read the introduction to chapter 4.
Assignment: Cover book with paper bag
SCIENCE
In Class: Constellation of the Month was discussed. We looked at how to read a sky map and fill out the info. sheet. Worksheets were handed out and also parent letters to get signed and bring back for a grade.
Assignment: Get your parent letter signed. Get out and look for the Constellation of the Month. Worksheet needs to be filled in.
Journal: Fill out your planner for the week from the side board.
