ALGEBRA
In class: Goal: Review the graphing of linear inequalities in x and y.
Assignment: Worksheet D-30 and D-31
Pre Algebra
In Class: Goal: Become confident in the solving and writing of proportions.
Assignment: Page 288-289 exercises 10, 20-30 even, 31-37 all.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students worked in groups to review descriptive writing paragraphs.
In Class: Students took a quiz over spelling/vocab words. We took notes over “prompts.” Students are to complete descriptive writing packet by filling out web.
Assignment: Writing packet with web due on Monday. Students should be reading AR books for 3rd term points.
The HISTORY Experience
Experience at School: Students took quiz and handed in Davy Crockett Stories. Philosophy Friday- Symbols and what it means to be just.
SCIENCE
In Class: Looked at the new constellation of the month (Orion). Handed out brochure rubrics and compared them to individual student brochures. Handed in completed color copies of brochures.
Assignment: All brochures must be done!!!! Get out and look at the new constellation (Orion).
