Pre Algebra
In Class: Goal: Be able to correctly classify triangles and quadrilaterals.
Assignment: Practice WS 8-3
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students wrote in their planners.
In Class: We read the nonfiction article “Franks Suffer Persecution in Germany” and took notes in groups. We also discussed writing assignment.
Assignment: Holocaust paragraph writing assignment due tomorrow. Students should be reading AR books for 4th term points.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students were given back their quizzes from last Friday. After discussing the quiz, students completed a cause and effect flow chart (2 total) and reviewed section 20.7 in the textbook (runaway slaves).
SCIENCE
In Class: Sedimentary family notes were taken. We reviewed minerals, crystals, and the rock families. Be sure to do your journal entry. Grade sheets were updated. Ask for your papers. New grade sheets are on the side counter.
Assignment: Get caught up on your notes. Fill out your grade sheet for the 4th term.
Journal: Journal #45. Do attached sheet. Fill out your planner for the week.
