ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students watched a tutorial on the reading test.
In Class: Students watched a PowerPoint on 5-paragraph essay and did a persuasion map for the bodies of their essays. They should be working on their stamp essay packets.
Assignment: Persuasive essay final copy due on Monday, April 27. Students should be reading AR books for 4th term points.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students were given a brief introduction on the Civil War. Students used the remaining class time too complete a worksheet using the pictures and captions from chapter 22.

SCIENCE
In Class: We checked the “Find It” maps and handed in the rubrics. We also talked about the Plate Tectonics worksheet. 1-5 were due today, the rest of the questions need to be done for tomorrow. Use your map and web to finish them.
Assignment: Finish the Plate Tectonics worksheet. Come in and do the lab work. Get out and look at the new constellation.
Journal: Fill out your planner for the week. Be sure your map is ready to be graded.
