ENGLISH
Bell Work: None.
In Class: Students took the pilot state reading test and worked on their persuasive essays. They should be working on their stamp essay packets.
Assignment: Persuasive essay final copy due on Monday, April 27. Students should be reading AR books for 4th term points.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students took a quiz. We then worked on a Lincoln vs. Davis worksheet. Read pp. 304-306.
SCIENCE
In Class: We reviewed the names and locations of the plates and some of the events we have been talking about. We read the article on natural disaster and events and listed positive and negative parts. We started working with the parts of the earth picture.
Assignment: Keep working on your review sheet. Read the article on disaster and generate your list. Get out and look at the new constellation.
Journal: Entry #50 Get the map from Mrs. Hanson to do the work. Journals will be picked up on Thursday.
