ALGEBRA
In class: Handed in assignments and took the Chapter 10 Test.
Goal: Do your best on the CH 10 Test.

Pre Algebra
In Class: Used the cubes to help understand volume and develop formulas for volume, and took notes on the formula.
Goal: Understand volume through the use cubes.
Assignment: No additional assignment.
ENGLISH
Bell Work: Students received papers and organized trappers.
In Class: Students did a quiz game over chapter 11. Read chapter 12-13 for tomorrow.
Assignment: Gentlehands chap 12-13 quiz on Wednesday. Students should be reading AR books for 4th term points. Final day to earn points is May 18, 2009.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students discussed the battle of Gettysburg and the New York City draft riots. Students read p. 312 – 314 in the textbook and completed a guided reading worksheet.
SCIENCE
In Class: Today the last “Constellation of the Month” was done. We also finished the terms and questions on the back of the Nebraska map.
Assignment: Finish your Nebraska map. Get out and look at the constellation. Get an appointment set to retake the last assessment if you need to.
Journal: Fill out your planner for the week.
