Bell Work: Students worked on bingo 3 and reviewed flashcards.
In Class: We played a flashcard game to review for our literary quiz. We worked in groups to complete our “Reformation” packet. Students handed in during reading wkst.
Assignment: Reformation quiz and Flashcard quiz on Friday. Bingo square 3 due on Friday. Continue reading Independent Reading books for 1st quarter points.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Super Happy Fun Day: We reviewed chapter 4 & 5 vocabulary words by playing charades.
Assignment: Nothing!
SCIENCE
In Class: Grade sheets were checked and electromagnetic spectrum quizzes added. Pick up your grade sheet and quiz from Mrs. Hanson. We set up part of the calendar for the moon watch. Quadrants were made and practiced with to find the moon’s direction and elevation. Parent moon watch letters were picked up.
Assignment: Find a good viewing place to look at the moon. Ten Cool Moon Facts sheets will be picked up on Monday. We have a quadrant for you. MOON WATCH STARTS ON SUNDAY NIGHT THE 20TH OF SEPTEMBER.
Journal: We filled out our moon watch calendars.
