In Class: We finished reading “A Spark Neglected” and took a practice quiz in class. We began to fill out our review packet for the short story test. FINISH on your own!!!

The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students read and discussed an excerpt from “Common Sense” by Thomas Paine. Students should be able to explain the purpose of the “Common Sense” pamphlet.
Assignment: Common Sense Pamphlet Cover Project (Due Friday)
SCIENCE
In Class: Moon Watch information was logged and we drew the moons onto our white sky sheet. We made our third predictions. Journals were handed in for the check on the first ten entries. Moon notes were finished. We looked at catch up time for the earth and moon rising time.
Assignment: Keep going with the moon watch. Some of you need the extra credit. Get caught up on your moon logs. Hand in your journal and get caught up on the notes.
Journal: Logs were stamped. Journals were handed in.
