Pre Algebra
In Class: Returned and recorded the assessment over scientific notation. Handed in the assignments and introduced rational numbers.
Assignment: Complete the rational number worksheet both sides for Thursday.
English
Bell Work: Students spent 10 minutes working on Convention Bingo
In Class: Students corrected page 35 of Grammar packet and then worked on pages 36 & 37 in packet
Assignment: Pages 36 & 37 due Thursday. Bingo 1 is due on Friday. Spelling quiz on Friday. Start reading your AR books for 2nd quarter points!
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: We read, discussed and answered review questions over section 8.3 in the textbook. Students should be able to explain how Shays’ Rebellion led to the end of the Articles of Confederation.
Assignment: Chapter 8 vocabulary quiz on Friday!
SCIENCE
In Class: State of Matter charts were handed back. Get them corrected for the assessment. We finished the Phy./Chem. Properties lab and handed it in. Come in and get yours done. We started a metric measurement pretest.
Assignment: Get your lab done and start the pretest.
