In Class: Introduced ratios, rates, and unit rates and completed notes in class before starting the assignment
Assignment: Reteaching worksheet 6-1.
English
Bell Work: Students filled out planners.
In Class: Students received grade sheets, cleaned trappers, and went to media center to get AR books. We set category goals for AR. We discussed the state writing assessment.
Assignment: Read AR books for 3rd term points. State writing assessment will be February 4th and 5th.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students completed a Bill of Rights acrostic and worked on chapter 11 picture analysis worksheet.
Assignment: Complete picture analysis worksheet (due tomorrow), Parent Survey (due Friday)
Science:
In class: We worked on finishing up the brochures today. We did a last check on where info. and pictures are placed and started printing black and whites. Your brochure must be done by Wed. so we can print them all in color.
Assignment: Keep studying flash cards for elements. Brochures to finish.
Journal: Fill out your planner for the week. See attached sheet.
