Pre-Algebra
In Class: Filled out the planner for the week, qrganized assignments and completed both sides of the polygon worksheet handed in on Tuesday.
Assignment: Finish making corrections on the packet, answer questions not completed in class.
English
Bell Work: Students filled out planners today.
In Class: Students did a group review activity to review Holocaust/Anne Frank information. We read pp. 728-731 in literature books and took notes on Elements of Drama.
Assignment: Finish Elements of Drama notes. Quiz on drama terms Friday. Read AR books for 4th term points; book points are due in May.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students read 16.3 and 16.7 in the textbook. Students should be able to describe the hardships and legacy of the Californios and Mormons.
Assignment: Imagine that you are a Californio: Write a ½ petition letter to the Mexican Govt. listing the complaints of abuse and neglect.
Science:
In class: We reviewed minerals and crystals. We started the information on the three rock families. Look over the handouts that are attached.
Assignment: Do the reading on the families.
Journal: #39. See attached sheet and answer the questions.
