Assignment: Students completed the Geometry vocabulary check in class.
English
Bell Work: Students handed in poetry booklets.
In Class: Students are watching “We Must Never Forget” and taking notes.
Assignment: Poetry booklets are due on March 2nd. Read AR books for 3rd term points; book points are due on March 3rd.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students reviewed the battle of the Alamo and how Texas became part of the United States. Students should be able to explain how the US acquired Oregon.
Assignment: Pro/Con US Mexican War ws (Due Wednesday)
Science:
In class: We reviewed the mineral tests, highlighted the reading on the properties, and started the mineral lab.
Assignment: Look over your reading on mineral properties and get started on your lab.
Journal: #36. See attached sheet. Get your mineral worksheet stamped from Monday.
