ALGEBRA
In class: Students took the NeSA –Math assessment Monday and Tuesday.
Assignment: Page 593, 15-42 due Wednesday.
Pre-Algebra
In Class: Students took the NeSA –Math assessment Monday and Tuesday.
Assignment: Have the Practice worksheet 9-5 completed for Wednesday.
English
Bell Work: Students checked pre-writing and introductions.
In Class: Students worked on writing body paragraphs for their five-paragraph essays. We discussed structure and began writing in class. We started the Anne Frank DVD.
Assignment: 5-paragraph essays due April 26. Read AR books for 4th term points; book points are due in May.
The HISTORY Experience
In Class: Students should be able to: List the methods slave masters controlled their slaves. List the methods slaves rebelled against their master (Overt & Covert).
Assignment: Students began working on their quilt projects.
Science:
In class: Review sheet and practice assessment were handed in. Assessment on soils, weathering and erosion was taken.
Assignment: Review sheet and practice assessment to hand in. Assessment to take.
Journal: No entry – We reviewed for the test.
